Have been coloring with 5 natural light brown for several years. Covered gray hair perfectly and matched perfectly my dark blonde/reddish natural hair color. Also, it was without red pigments and neutral - cool.
Until they changed the formula and the hair became dark brown, almost black. Also didn’t cover gray hair. And worst of all - the color washed out quite quickly but left an ugly red-red-orange shade behind that is almost impossible to remove or color over.
