Unfortunately, this hasn't worked as described. The brushes don't stay on properly and keep falling off, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the heat is very unstable – sometimes it barely gets warm and other times it gets too hot. Overall, the quality feels low and I'm disappointed with the purchase :(

Of course, we can help you take a closer look at this as it sounds like there might be something wrong with the locking mechanism and airflow. Please try to ensure that the nozzles are seated properly by aligning the markings and twisting until you hear a click. Also, check that there is no hair or dust in the attachment.
For the heating issues, please clean the air intake filter from dust and feel free to try the cleaning program, which you can find instructions for in the manual, if you haven't done so already 📖
If the problems persist, it could be a manufacturing defect, and if the warranty is still valid, I recommend that you make a claim via My Pages - Order History - Claim. Please attach a short video and clear photos so we can assist you faster.
