    Hi I previously bought a similar roller that broke after a few days. My question is about the quality of it! I see no comments. What do you do if there are problems? Do you get your money back, is there going to be fuss? Best regards Agnes

      Hey Agnes! 👋🏻 Oh, that's so typical, what you can do is register a complaint so we can take a closer look at it!🤩 Log in to your account Click on the icon MY PAGES Then select Order History (lyko.com/en/my-pages/order-history) Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about Click on the icon COMPLAINT Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product Choose from the dropdown how you want to be compensated for an approved complaint Confirm by clicking SEND (You will receive feedback within 24 hours)🤩 Take care!❤️
