I get very confused. When I see my package and then turn it upside down, I see that the face masks are lying all over the place instead of being nicely arranged in a special packaging from the company. And then I also see that my package has tape on one side but not the other side, as if someone has opened it carefully and taped it. In a careful way to be able to exchange or take out one of my items. I'm not sure if I want to use the face mask since I don't know if they have been exchanged, but can I get an explanation or should I file a complaint?
