REN Bio Retinoid Youth Cream (1730-224-0050) uses a plant-based retinoid alternative (Bidens pilosa) and does not contain pure retinol/retinal, so no % strength is specified; the INCI includes Bidens Pilosa Extract as well as olive leaf and red algae extracts.
