Cocoa Brown

This is my ride or die product! I can't live without it. Since I tend to have oily/acne-prone skin, this is perfect as it doesn't make the skin oily. Gives a nice sun-kissed tone, and is perfect to touch up on the face/neck at regular intervals.

I prefer mist over drops as I find it impractical to put something in my hands that needs to be washed off thoroughly. But this one is perfect, good spray, goes on evenly and a little goes a long way. However, it doesn't smell wonderful. Feels like it would benefit from a little coconut scent like all the others have, thus 4 stars instead of 5. But the color definitely turns to a dark golden shade, darker than any other mist I've tried that only gives a hint or at least some glow. Then I find that it doesn't wash off the same night as all the other face tanners do. And it's affordable!

I love this! It smells like self-tanner but not as strong as others. You can clearly see where you apply it, which helps to get it even. I find that the working time is longer than they state. If you wash it off after 1 hour, the result is not visible. I usually apply it in the evening and then sleep with it to wash it off in the morning. It does transfer onto bed linens but comes off easily in the wash. I think it holds well, you can build on it if you want. I find that the color turns out in a perfect brown shade, not at all orange. The best part is that it dries quickly and is not sticky! When I've had it on and impulsively wanted to wear shorts, I've sometimes applied it before leaving home and let it work during the day, which has also worked both in the process and in appearance. You have to be careful not to get water on yourself because then it will obviously be splotchy. I also use it on my face, which has worked well. I don't apply it on my hands. I don't find that it gets splotchy on knees & elbows. The times I feel the color has become too weak is more due to me being careless with the prep than the product itself being bad.
