Crumbles
Hey! I bought the serum. But do you know if I'm doing something wrong because when I apply it, it just crumbles. I use the Clarins Hydra-Essentiel [HA2] moisturizes and quenches, silky cream first to hydrate the skin. After that, I put on the serum. But it just crumbles. The comment was made 9 monthsHey Josefine 😊👋 When products crumble or roll on the skin, it usually means that the products aren't really working well together 🤗 - Try applying a smaller amount of moisturizer before the serum and let it sink in properly before applying the serum. - Instead of rubbing/striking the serum on, you can try applying it differently, like pressing or dabbing it on gently 🤍 If this doesn't work, it could be that the ingredients in these two products are clashing, and that's why the product rolls/crumbles off. Hi, I like the product but I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or too much before I apply the serum because it clumps and doesn't stick. Especially around the neck. I start with hyaluronic serum and then moisturizer, and after a while this Oleo serum sits like a thin layer that isn't absorbed.
