    Incredible brush, but I picked up the package yesterday, used it this morning, accidentally pressed the push button while it was in my hair, and everything fell off, and now they can't put the top part back on or take it off... :(

    Stopped working

    When I received the package, it worked really well, but when I tried to use it for the second time, it had stopped working. I haven't dropped or damaged it, but none of the three heads would get warm. Unfortunately not good enough quality for 800kr.

    The hair gets stuck

    The middle bristles move, which means that when you twist the brush towards the scalp, the hair risks getting stuck. It has happened several times that my hair has gotten stuck and I had to get help from my partner to get it loose again. One time we had to resort to scissors. It's a shame that it's so unwieldy because I really like that there are three different brush heads you can switch between plus that the curls turn out nice. Works well for just taking the bangs, but then I might as well just use a straightener.

      Hey Thea! So boring that your hair got stuck in this... it really shouldn't happen, but it can easily happen with such round brushes.
