Topz Premium Make-Up Sticks are high-quality cotton sticks made of 100% cotton with a stick made of paper. The cotton swabs are specially designed with a pointed end and a flat end. The pointed end makes it easy to correct or remove makeup in hard-to-reach places such as the eyelashes. The flat end can be used for applying makeup, such as eye shadow.
