That a serum can "pill" (roll off the skin) can have several causes. Often it is related to how much product one uses and that one often uses too much, how quickly it is applied after other products, or the combination with certain creams/makeup. With Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum, we recommend using a small amount (1-2 pumps), gently patting it into the skin, and allowing it to absorb well before you possibly apply the next step.
