100% micronized creatine monohydrate. With a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, the physical performance is increased during repeated effort in connection with short-term and high-intensity training.
Use:
IDaily dose: Mix 5 grams, approximately 1/2 scoop (10 ml) in water or another beverage daily. On training days, take one serving 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
