Uneven color
The color turns out nice, a natural beautiful brown shade. Unfortunately, I find it harder to get even compared to St Tropez Express (the regular one). With that one, there were never any uneven spots. But with this one, there is something about the formula that makes it feel drier and not as smooth. The day after, I always find areas that didn’t get color, and small uneven spots that bother me. If you want a deeper color, you can also try applying an extra layer on areas that usually take color less well. The skin's natural conditions can also affect both color depth and evenness, so the result can vary a bit from person to person. Good but...
I give this 3/5 stars. The mousse was very easy to apply and spread evenly over the body, and it dried quickly without feeling sticky. A big plus is that it hardly smells like self-tanner at all, which I really appreciated. I also like that the development time is only three hours. The only downside for me was that the color didn’t get as dark as I expected. Even though it’s a “Dark” variant, the result was more medium than dark on my very fair skin, even after the color had developed post-rinse. That said, the color turned out very nice, natural, and even, so I will definitely use it again. Perfect for those who want a nice sun-kissed tone without risking turning orange. ☀️🤎970 views
