  Dropped the mirror once and the magnet on it stopped working so it won’t rotate. The lamp also can’t be turned off and on; it’s always on if you want the mirror open, which means it has to be on when you change the battery, which is a bit uncomfortable. The batteries are also very hard to change.

    Hello Felicia!😊 Thank you for sharing your experience🙏 So sad to hear that the mirror hasn't worked as desired after being dropped. It sounds like the fall may have affected the magnet function and the lamp's function. I want to take the opportunity to mention that the mirror is rechargeable and therefore does not require any battery replacements. You should be able to recharge the battery when it runs out via the USB charging port mounted on the mirror🔋 When a product has sustained external damage after use, unfortunately, we have limited options to consider it a warranty claim, but I still hope you can continue to use the mirror going forward.
