It sounds like there might be something wrong with the product itself, for example that the metal edges are coming together and not working as they should. If you haven’t already registered a complaint about your product, I recommend that you register a complaint via My Pages with us so that we have the opportunity to take a closer look at your eyelash curler. Go to Order History, select the relevant order number, and then the item you wish to complain about. Please describe the problem with the product and attach pictures for faster handling – preferably both of the defect on the eyelash curler and the picture you shared here.
