Use:
Make sure your feet are clean and dry. Use the rough side of the file to remove calluses. Then use the finer side for soft and smooth skin. For best results, finish by massaging the feet with Scholl Deep Moisturizing Cream. After use, wash the file in warm water and let it air dry.
