New favorite for short and damaged lashes
I have thin, short, and quite damaged lashes after many years of eyelash extensions, so I've become much more focused on using products that feel gentle on my lashes. That's why I really liked this mascara from Sensai. What I like best is that it can be removed with just warm water. I don't have to rub my eyes or use a lot of makeup remover to get the mascara off, which is perfect for me since my lashes are already a bit fragile. At the same time, it stays on very well throughout the day, so I don't feel like I have to sacrifice durability for easy removal. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how much longer my lashes look with this. I've tried many mascaras that promise length, but I think this one noticeably lengthens my lashes more than most others I've used. It applies nicely to the lashes and builds length without clumping or feeling heavy. The result is separated and long lashes that still look quite natural. When you don't have many lashes to work with in the first place, you really notice when a mascara actually makes a difference. High hopes
Having used Sensai Sensai Mascara 38C Separating & Lengthening 01 Black about 5 years ago for3 years religiously- it stayed on through 24h ambulance shifts, I was exited to try this one too. Having not used any mascara for a few years I thought this one would have similar wonderful wear. Unfortunately it starts crumbling and leaving tiny speckles under my eyes and on my upper lids within hours of wear. Could be that me wearing glasses and a medical mask at work makes it crumble off easier, but years ago the other one did nothing of the sorts. I am a bit disappointed. It does make my lashes look nice and lengthened at first though and gives them more curl too. Also a plus is that it comes off easy with miscellar water or warm water.337 views
