This special blend combines resin with nourishing and moisturizing oils, along with beeswax. Beeswax, secreted by the "Apis Mellifica" bee, known for producing honey, is harvested from honeycombs in the traditional way by immersing them in hot water. The wax then floats to the surface for collection. Beeswax contains trace amounts of pollen and, crucially, Propolis (bee glue). Propolis boasts antibacterial properties and can also kill or prevent the growth of certain fungi. Bee glue is renowned for its myriad of benefits, most notably for wound healing.
