    Product Use

Hi, I was first wondering what the difference is between this and the medicube zero pore pads 2.0, is it just that this one has more? Another thing, should you just use these to go over the skin or leave it on for a few minutes, and when in the routine should you use it? Is it for daytime or nighttime or anytime? My skin is quite oily/combination and hardly reacts to active ingredients like niacinamide and has never had a reaction from AHA or BHA acids either. Right now, I’m only using soothing products (centella ampoull serum and Purito Oat seed gel moisturizer) Sorry for so many questions 😅😅

Hi Mila ✨ Thank you so much for the great questions 🤞 The difference between these products ⬇️ -Zero Pore Pad Mild is a milder variant, made for sensitive skin. It gently exfoliates and focuses more on hydration and soothing. -Zero Pore Pad 2.0 is stronger, with AHA and BHA, and provides deeper pore cleansing. Better suited for normal-oily skin and more clogged pores, but may be too strong for sensitive skin. 👉 Choose Mild for sensitive skin or beginners, and 2.0 if you want more effective pore cleansing. How to use the pads? -Use them to gently swipe over clean, dry skin. -They should not sit on the skin like a mask – just swipe and let the product absorb. -Avoid hard scrubbing. When in the skincare routine? -Cleanser -Zero Pore Pad -Serum (e.g. Centella ampoule) -Moisturizer (Purito Oat Seed) Day or night? 😴 -Best to use in the evening, as they contain exfoliating acids. -Can also be used during the day, but then you must use sunscreen. 🕵️‍♂️How often? -Start with 2-3 times a week, and increase to daily if the skin tolerates it (which some oily/combination skin often does). Since you have oily/combination skin and tolerate active ingredients well, Zero Pore Pad 2.0 might be a good fit. Your routine with soothing products is also very good to combine with exfoliation 🙌 Wishing you a nice day ahead ❤️

    Question

Hi. Should I avoid the product if my skin reacts to many active ingredients? It’s mild, so it might not cause a reaction, but maybe it’s not good for my skin if it’s sensitive. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Farah! The simple answer is: yes, you should refrain if your skin is very sensitive. But at the same time, this is tailored for sensitive skin. So if you try it, do it on a small area first to see any reaction. Have a nice day 💫

    Use of pads

How often should this product be used? Every day? Once a week? It would be nice to have a bit more information about the use of the product.

Hi Emily, ⭐For beginners or sensitive skin: Start by using 2-3 times a week, without overstressing the skin. ⭐With tolerance for exfoliation Most gradually build up to daily use, especially if the skin responds well. Then you can easily use this every day, both morning and night. Known recommendations are 2-3 times a week, and can go up to 3-4 times if needed, such as for oilier skin or more clogged pores😊 Wishing you a nice day!

    Quantity

Hi! It doesn't state either the number of pads or how many ml are in this. It does on similar products, so it might be good to get that out? 💙

Crafted with gentle PHA for effective exfoliation and reduction in pore visibility, our pads have undergone multiple trials tailored to sensitive skin, aiming to discover the most optimal combination of ingredients.

Use:
1. After cleansing, use embossed side to gently swipe across your entire face in the direction of the skin texture, avoiding the eye and mouth areas, as the first step of the skincare routine. 2. Use the opposite side of the pad to swipe across the face once more. 3. Gently pat any remaining toner into the skin to absorb. *Close the lid after use to prevent the pad from drying out.
