Natural color and holds well
Easy to apply and once it dries well, it feels strong and durable. I work a lot with my hands, but after a week it still looks new aside from the regrowth. I will continue to use this as my nails feel both stronger and healthier. Highly recommend this product! The nail polish definitely does what it’s supposed to.
I usually am skeptical about this type of product because I never think things help. But from repeatedly peeling/ripping off Depend Gel IQ nail polish that damaged my own nails deluxe, to them becoming so fragile that cracks appear in my nails, I still have to say that the nail polish from Essie has helped me restore a better quality to my own nails. You shouldn’t expect your nails to miraculously become strong overnight, but this polish helps you get a nice nail surface and allows your own nails to grow stronger. You will definitely need to cut/file away parts of the nail that are “damaged/thin” as they grow out. I find that the nail polish has a bit of a rubbery texture that lays like a protective layer on your own nails. I usually apply 2-3 coats, even if you happen to apply a bit unevenly (I mean maybe dragging the brush one time too many so it stretches), but that disappears once the polish is dry. A bit longer drying time on this polish than regular Essie. It can feel a bit sticky, but once it’s dry! Perfect. A pinkish/beige tone. A really good product
I have been able to use the product together with Essie On-A-Roll cuticle oil and I think the product has been very good for my nails. Since I have nails that are both brittle and peeling, this product has helped a lot.
