    New favorite in the budget category!

    I was really positively surprised by this setting spray! It makes the makeup blend so nicely with the skin and gives a natural, healthy glow without feeling heavy or sticky. What I especially like is that it contains niacinamide high up on the ingredient list, along with several forms of hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and aloe. It feels like it not only sets the makeup but also gives the skin a hydrated and fresh finish. 🩷 The longevity is also really good! The makeup stays nice throughout the day while the skin still looks alive, not matte or dry. For the price, I actually think this competes with much more expensive setting sprays. If you want a setting spray with good longevity and a nice glow without breaking the budget, this one is definitely worth trying!     Surprisingly good

    Worth the money!

    I have used Maybelline Grippy Setting Mist several times and find it comfortable to use. The spray is light and easy to distribute over the face, and I like the feeling right after application. However, I did not feel it made much of a difference for my makeup, especially since I have quite dry skin. I wished for a more moisturizing feeling and a slightly fresher result. I also wonder if the perfume might have affected how the product felt on my skin, although I can't say for sure that it was because of that. For normal or less dry skin, it might work better.     Setting mist

    This product was better than expected. Lovely mist and a nice scent. I warmly recommend it. My daughter says it’s really good and she knows more about setting mist than I do.     So-so

    I had pretty high expectations for Maybelline New York Grippy Setting Mist. The positive thing is that it smells really good and feels nice to use. I was also surprised when it looked like a gel but came out as a fine spray. Unfortunately, I didn’t think the makeup lasted for several hours as promised, so the result didn’t impress me.     Maybelline New York Grippy Setting Mist

    A really good setting mist for the money! Smells nice and sets quickly. The makeup stays where it should without smudging. The only reason it doesn't get full marks is that it's a bit wet to spray on before it sets, so it feels like it's hard to spray it evenly over the face.     Not quite for me

    The packaging is nice and the spray function makes the product easy to apply and distribute over the face. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed with the actual content. The texture felt very sticky on the skin and left a rather strange, almost cheap feeling after application. I also didn’t like the scent. I have tried many different setting sprays over the years and therefore had quite high expectations. The makeup held up okay, but definitely not all day, especially not when I was out in the rain. For me, it therefore didn’t quite fulfill its purpose. Considering the result and the feeling, I personally don’t think it’s worth the money.     No light feeling

    When I tried this product for the first time, I thought the spray would be more economical, even though the recommendation is to spray for about 10 seconds. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I feel like quite a lot of product is used, especially since I spray after skincare, after the makeup base, and again when the entire makeup is finished. The consistency is thicker than other setting sprays I've tried and could settle as small drops or bubbles on the skin, which I didn't really like. Despite that, I think the durability was quite okay. No direct wow feeling, but it did the job and helped the makeup last. For me, it's quite okay, but not a new favorite.     Affordable setting mist that keeps makeup in place ✨

    I have used Maybelline Grippy Serum Setting Spray twice and am so far very satisfied! It is a really good and budget-friendly setting mist that helps to blend the powder with the rest of the makeup and gives the skin a nice glow without the result becoming too glowy. I have sprayed both between different steps in my makeup routine and as the last step, and my makeup has stayed nice all day. The spray is relatively finely distributed but comes out quite strong, so hold the bottle a bit away from your face to avoid disturbing the makeup. I am testing the product on behalf of Smartson and have received the product free of charge during the test period.

    Sets the makeup in place

Pleasant scent. However, I need something that mattifies over the T-zone, so there I need a more mattifying setting spray, but I use this on the sides of the face, it gives a nice glow!
