I have now used my second one and it is just perfect. The main purpose of this toner is to balance the skin's pH and restore moisture, and that's why the results it produces may not necessarily be the most visible, for example compared to a toner that contains active ingredients. Hey! I recently started using hyaluronic acid, and everyone says the face needs to be damp when applying it. Is it okay to use this toner right after cleansing and then apply the hyaluronic acid pretty quickly while the toner hasn't dried yet? Or does the toner need to dry before the next step in the skincare routine?
