Good eye cream
I really like this eye cream! Have been using it for a few weeks now and it hydrates and moisturizes and agrees with all skincare and makeup that I use. Before this, I used Chanel and Sisley eye creams but wanted to save some money and honestly, I don’t see a huge difference between this Klairs eye cream and the luxury ones - I actually think this formula is gentler. The price is a bit high though for k-beauty. And I expected the formula to be a bit more buttery / thicker (it feels very lightweight on the skin). Had such high expectations
.. because everyone has praised it left and right. All the sensitive dry skin types that can't be without it. It sounds promising since I belong to the same category. But no! My eyes are watering and eczema flared up. It stings. And itches. I also don't understand why it's called butter? It's not soft, creamy, or greasy at all. Which doesn't have to be negative in itself. Ingredients
This eye cream contains sunflower seed oil which is rich in vitamin A and vitamin E which protects the thin skin around the eyes. It also contains peptides that counteract fine lines. The cream has a thicker consistency without feeling greasy and is quickly absorbed into the skin. It suits all skin types, even those with milia and can also be used excellently under make-up!
Use:
After the serum, apply a fair amount around the eyes and dab with your fingers until the product is absorbed into the skin. Finish your routine with moisturizer.
