This gel cream has truly become a favorite! The texture feels light and lovely on the skin while providing good hydration. I find that it helps balance and stabilize my oilier areas without the skin feeling dry or tight. It also gives such a nice glow and works great as a base under makeup. A product that is supposed to be intensely moisturizing, absolutely, but it has caused some acne for me. It is enriched with hyaluronic acid, squalane, and a Glow Barrier Boost that locks in all skin-loving ingredients to protect and strengthen the skin's natural barrier. Yes, in my opinion, it might be more of a standard moisturizing cream. The biggest plus is definitely that it is plumping and that you get a nice glow. Moisturizing and a formula that doesn’t feel greasy!🩷
This one is well moisturizing and has a formula that absorbs quickly. The first few days I still felt a bit tightness in my skin (which happens if you’re dry), but after a few days of use, the skin felt moisturized and not as tight. Does what it’s supposed to
I got to test this product from #idawargbeauty as a #lykoinflutester. Nice and sleek packaging that I don’t mind having out on the bathroom shelf. The product has a lovely sweet scent. I like a scent in my products, but if you don’t like perfume in your skincare, you might want to skip this one as the scent is noticeable. The texture is smooth and moisturizing on the skin. It absorbs well and doesn’t feel sticky afterward. The cream does what it’s supposed to without any problems. I have tried three skincare products from Ida Warg, one of which is this gel cream. My first impression of it was that it absorbed very quickly into the skin. I like that it doesn’t get sticky. The formula is exactly as the name suggests, a kind of hybrid between gel and cream. I have combination normal to oily skin, and I find that this Gel Cream together with the serum has worked really well for me. I feel that the skin feels hydrated and looks somewhat more even and glowing. Glow without feeling oily and greasy is not a given. Plus at an absolutely reasonable price! Then there’s the scent. It smells quite a lot like artificial strawberry, I think. It does smell nice, but a lot, and it reminds me of when I played with Barbies? You know, the strawberry scent some toys had? The packaging is compact and cute, easy to have out on the bathroom shelf. When you unscrew the cap, you are met with a silky gel cream that feels cooling and light. It is enriched with hyaluronic acid, which makes the skin feel hydrated all day without becoming heavy or oily. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it melts in and leaves the skin soft, plump, and with a natural glow. Moisturizes a bit, but nothing more 🩷
I've had the chance to try this gel cream for a few weeks and definitely think it's a good product for its price! 🤩 The cream has a light and lovely texture that quickly absorbs into the skin without feeling sticky or heavy. The skin feels moisturized, soft, and fresh after application, which I really appreciate. However, I don't think it really stands out from other moisturizing gel creams I've tried. It definitely does what it's supposed to and provides nice hydration, but I don't notice any difference compared to other products in the same category. Another thing that lowers the rating a bit for me is the scent. It's quite strongly perfumed, and personally, I would have preferred a much milder scent, especially since it's a product I use on my face. In summary, this is a good and affordable gel cream that moisturizes the skin nicely and absorbs quickly. #lykoinflutester #idawargbeauty I had the opportunity to try Ida Warg's gel cream and I am positive about the texture. It is moderately thick, feels light on the skin, and also gives a cooling sensation upon application. The skin feels moisturized after use, and I also think the product is economical, which is a big plus. Just like with the serum, the packaging is not a favorite though. The screw cap feels a bit impractical and makes the product less convenient to use as part of the daily routine. The scent is also not to my liking. It’s pink 😅
A pretty okay face cream! It’s quite economical, so a little goes a long way. Absorbs easily into the skin and is easy to work with. Haven’t noticed any big difference but I’m not really good with skincare routines. The scent is the downside of this one 🫣 smells like sweet lip gloss and is pretty pink. My skin hasn’t reacted to the perfume but it’s just not my vibe, so to say 😆 I think the packaging is okay, feels a lot like other brands, so nothing special.
