    Do not recommend

    Bought it and have used it with my mom for about two months. The first time I didn’t notice any difference except that I got white spots on my teeth. The last times we haven’t noticed any color difference and instead just got spots. Would not recommend.

White spots on the teeth can sometimes appear temporarily after using teeth whitening products. They are often caused by the enamel becoming temporarily dehydrated and usually even out again within a few hours or up to a day. The Humble Co. Whitening Strips are made with natural ingredients and a gentle, peroxide-free formula that protects enamel while delivering effective results. Like all The Humble Co. products, they are certified by The Vegan Society and free from PFAS.

The pack contains 28 strips in total, 14 for the upper teeth and 14 for the lower teeth, enough for 14 treatments. Each treatment takes around 30 minutes, making it easy to add whitening to your daily routine. Mint flavour.


How to Use:

Whitening strips


Peel the whitening strip off the protective backing.

Apply the lower strip first, then the upper strip. Press gently to make sure they adhere properly. Fold the excess of the lower strip behind the teeth and press gently with your fingertips for 2 to 3 seconds.

Use for at least 30 minutes.

Remove and dispose of the used strips as plastic waste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly.
