This is more than just an ordinary dry shampoo; it’s a "dry cleaning" spray that truly focuses on refreshing the hair and removing unwanted odors, while also providing a light volume. Pros: Odor Neutralization: It’s excellent at banishing the smell of cooking fumes, smoke, or just "dirty hair." The hair really smells freshly washed. No White Residue: Unlike many cheaper dry shampoos, this one rarely leaves that annoying white powder on the scalp, making it great even for darker hair. Finish: It gives a natural, matte finish and a light texture that makes hair easier to style without feeling "sticky" or too rough. Cons: Price: It’s one of the more expensive dry shampoos on the market, which can feel steep for a product you often use up quickly. Strength: If your hair is very oily, this might feel a bit too "light." It’s more for refreshing than for absorbing extreme amounts of oil. Kevin Murphy Fresh.Hair Dry Cleaning Spray is truly a product I think is worth having at home. I love the feeling of freshly washed hair, but sometimes you just don’t want to wash your hair again – and then it’s so nice to be able to quickly freshen it up with a good dry shampoo. What I like most about Fresh.Hair is that it’s so easy to use. I usually focus the spray mainly on the roots where the hair starts to feel a bit less fresh, let the product work for a little while, and then massage or brush through the hair. It’s quick and perfect when I’m in a hurry in the morning or need to freshen up my hair before heading out. ✨ I especially think it helps give the hair a cleaner and fresher feeling between washes. That’s exactly what I want from a dry shampoo – I don’t necessarily want to create a whole new hairstyle, just get back that feeling that the hair looks a bit more freshly done. Another thing I appreciate is that it can add a bit more life to the hair when it feels flat. 🫶🏼 After a few days, the roots can easily lose their freshness and the hair feels a bit dull, and then I think a quick refresh can make a big difference. I can then style the hair as usual and make it feel more finished. I also like having this type of product on hand when I try to stretch out the time between hair washes. For me, it’s so nice not to have to start from scratch every time the hair starts to feel a bit unclean. 💕 And as always with Kevin Murphy, I get that slightly more luxurious salon feeling. The packaging is nice, the product feels well thought out, and the whole experience feels a bit more fun than with a regular dry shampoo. Fresh.Hair is simply a product I like to keep at home and bring out when my hair needs a quick little rescue. Gives texture
Weird that so many experience that it doesn't give texture, because that's exactly what I think it does. I usually don't like texture products in my thick hair, but this one works well, though the dry shampoo effect isn't as good (despite hysterically shaking), so I avoid it at the roots.
