    It doesn't work🤔

    I got this straightener as a gift from my partner and was so happy! But it doesn't work? It doesn't straighten my hair, my hair gets greasy and gross from it. I have healthy, thick hair with a bit of waves. And the function of a straightener is to straighten the hair. I have to go over a section 10 times, but it still doesn't get straight. I use Keratin shampoo and conditioner and have been doing so for years. And when I use other straighteners, it gets straight. Can anyone maybe give me some tips?🫶 My hand gets mega tired from it because I have to squeeze so hard to get it to straighten🤔

Based on what you describe, it might be that product residues from shampoo and conditioner are building up on your hair and affecting the performance of the heat tool. ✨ Tips from us: Try temporarily switching to a lighter shampoo and conditioner without too many proteins or heavy oils. We also recommend using a clarifying shampoo every 2-3 washes to remove product residues that can build up as a coating on your hair and make it harder to straighten. Also, remember to use thin sections when you straighten, and that your hair needs to be completely dry before you go over it with the iron. We hope this helps you a bit on your way!     Cool color

    The color is nice. Gets warm quickly. Good placement of the button panel, you don't accidentally hit it all the time while using. Straightens nicely and doesn't pull. Meeen, unlike all the straighteners I've had, I miss a couple of things, already when I open the box...gosh, that must be the reason it drives up the price? It's not "locked", meaning the iron keeps gaping open. Annoying. It would also be nice to lock it to save space when storing/traveling. I think it looks and feels 'cheap' Miss a travel case!! There should at least have been a "rubber mat" you can leave it on while using and that can be "snapped" around the iron when traveling.
