    Big plus that it heats up quickly and the cord can rotate. Makes it easy to work with. I think it works great for curling and the plates glide easily through the hair.

However, when it comes to such an expensive product, the warranty is handled directly through the manufacturer: HH Simonsen generally offers a 5-year warranty on their electrical devices (like straighteners and curling irons), as long as the original purchase receipt is kept. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, such as failure to heat or the device not starting. The warranty period for hair dryers may be shorter.
