    Bad

    The hair feels like it has been coated in a lot of wax even though it is freshly washed. This has happened twice when I bought this shampoo

    Sulfate-free?

    In the product description, it states that the content is sulfate and paraben-free, but other ingredients in the shampoo are sulfate, how does that work together?
