  Smells bad

  The product smells so bad that I had to check what I had in my hair while I was standing there in the shower. It smells strongly of chemicals, like being at the hairdresser and changing hair color. I really thought something was wrong with the product, but later saw that another person also commented about the smell. Very unpleasant smell.

    Hi Vera! 🥰 Even if a product contains fragrance, it can be in small amounts and may cause the scent of other ingredients to stand out more. It's a bit different what we think about scents, but it shouldn't smell bad 🥰 If you suspect that something is off with the scent, you can always file a complaint, and we can help you look further via email. You can easily register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - Complaints, and there attach a picture of the batch on your bottle 📸 Have a lovely day 🌞 If it is low in quantity (it is quite far down the list), it may be too little to mask the base scent from other ingredients.
