  Dry and absolutely not color-preserving

  The conditioner has a nice texture straight from the bottle and smells very good, but as soon as it is applied to the hair, it becomes thin and watery. Despite using plenty of conditioner, the hair remains a bit rough, as if only shampoo was used. Difficult to detangle after showering and the hair feels dry and rough even when dry. It also doesn't seem to preserve colored hair well despite the name, as my colored lengths lightened 2-3 shades to an unintended ombre after just a few washes. If you accidentally dyed your hair too dark and want to quickly try to wash out the color, this conditioner is probably great, but if you want moisturized, soft hair with preserved color, it was a real dud.
