    Package received in poor condition

    I just received the package and the packaging is completely damaged. It looks like it has been used several times? Very strange and not how you should receive a package.

Usage:
Securing the glitter in your hair is a breeze with hair gel. Just before you're ready to sparkle, mix the hair gel with the glitter blend (a small bowl works great) and dab it onto the area you want to glam up using a small makeup brush. Wait for the gel to set.
