Fortifying Lip Balm is a nourishing balm that strengthens and softens dry lips. A nutritious formula with vitamin A, vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid protects the thin skin from dehydration and provides rich hydration. The lips become soft, smooth and full. The balm has a light shade of apricot that makes the lips beautiful and natural.
Use:
Apply to lips, cuticles or other skin in need of extra care. Use on its own or under lipstick as a primer, or on top of lipstick to give a fuller impression of the lips.
