The best blades
I have been loyal to Estrid for many years and have really loved their razors and blades. After they changed the blades and altered something in the formula, the brand has received quite a bit of criticism. But I really can't get behind this criticism. I have also read an interview with the founder of Estrid who claims that the only thing they did was remove titanium dioxide and a couple of other irritating substances, which should be a good thing. Personally, I think the new blades are better than the previous ones (the ones that were blue). I find they glide even more easily over the skin, cause zero irritation, and can actually also be used without shaving cream, although I prefer with. I also think the price is nice, as razor blades are often very expensive. I have tested razors and blades from brands like Gilette and Bic, but they only gave me irritation and left a tugging feeling on my skin. I don't experience that with these. I will stick with Estrid from now on 🥰 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ESTRIDTranslated from norwegian

From best to worst
After switching from «blue» to «yellow», the quality of the blades has become extremely poor. Getting easier cuts, ingrown hairs, and sensitivity in the skin. Canceled subscription after 4 years after they changed the blades..Translated from norwegian

Do the job!
Like many others here, I have also been a big fan of the old, blue blades from Estrid. Luckily for me, I haven't reacted to these new blades, and I think they still do their job - to give you smooth skin. Strange how some react so violently and some do not. I still consider them because I am unsure about using them in intimate areas now, something I wasn't before. After reading Estrid's explanation, I understand why they changed them (thanks for sharing that, Lyko), but I think they have unfortunately lost some of it. Too bad! If I were them, I might have looked for new opportunities! Anyway, I'm glad I tried the new ones to form my own opinion ⭐️ #lykoinflutester #estridTranslated from norwegian

Much worse
I loved Estrid's old razor blades. It was easy to shave, could use the same blades multiple times without irritation, and my skin felt good afterwards. Now with the new blades, I get cuts, pimples, and boils that itch even though I haven't changed anything else in my shaving routine. I've tried different shaving creams which haven't helped. I understand it as if they've only changed the formula on the strip, but it feels like the blades aren't as sharp as before. As soon as I stopped using them after 2-3 months, my skin got better again. Very disappointing. Does anyone have tips for any razor blades that remind them of their old ones? Preferably a brand that has a slightly thicker handle with a good grip like Estrid's 🫶Translated from swedish

Itch!!!
I have now realized that it is these razor blades that have given me horrible itchiness under my arms! It's like small white dots in the armpits (some a little red), and I've never experienced this itch before.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Itch!!!815 views- Customer service at Lyko2 weeksHey Sofia! 🥰 Unfortunately, it seems like there’s something in these that your skin doesn’t like at all ❤ I hope it gets better if you use some other sheets, and that you have some from before that you’ve tested with good results. Otherwise, there are a few different options if you want to look into some others. Have a lovely day 🌷1 likes

Itching and boils
Ever since they switched the blades to the yellow ones, I can't use them anymore! I got such itching and rashes on my legs, and even a boil. Super disappointing for something that WAS so good.Translated from swedish

Have a nice day! 🌸

Estrid refill
Catastrophe!!!!! Got growing hair strands, rashes, and became very irritated on my head, which has NEVER happened before. Throw it away immediately and went with Venus instead!Translated from swedish

EstridThe Five-Blade Cartridges 4 pcs
Blades gone blunt? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. The refill contains 4x 5-bladed cartridges that give you the closest shave. The blades have a 100% vegan moisturizing strip made from shea butter, cacao butter and jojoba oil that keeps you glowy and hydrated.
Use:
Grab your Estrid handle. Hold your blade by the edges with the strip facing down and make sure that the blades are in the right direction. Push the handle into the center of the blade until you hear a little “click”. Ta-da! You’re all set.
