Defective product
For some reason, I can't find the order under my orders, but the order number is 36125716 I have used the product for about a year, and my latest order with refill had both bottles defective and unusable... I don't know if something has changed in the formula after it was sold out for a while? Bleached curls
I have bleached the front part of my hair. I have curls, and it has been bleached a couple of times and I regularly touch up the roots. The curls on the bleached part have been somewhat damaged by the treatment. So on days when the curls disappear, water and leave-ins have not made the hair curl. When using epres, however, the hair curls without using water or leave-in, without scrunching. It just curls by itself. I think this has been absolutely amazing with the product and I am very impressed that the hair doesn’t have to be manipulated to get the curl pattern back when I use epres.
