    Do not recommend

    Bad product, I couldn't style the product because the moldable mass around the teeth was really very little and that's why it didn't stick to the teeth at all. I had to throw this away.

    The mold is too big

    Otherwise, it's easy and clear to use, but I have a pretty small mouth, so I had to cut the mold smaller, but it was still too big and didn't stay on. It can definitely work for normal-sized mouths 😂 I'm getting a night guard from my dentist, so it would have been a temporary help, too bad it didn't work.

    Bite Guard

    Helps really well with nighttime grinding! No more jaw pain in the mornings! One downside though, that it was a bit tricky to shape the bite guard for the upper teeth, as the plastic hardened really quickly when taken out of the hot water.
