Dr. Althea01% Gentle Retinol Serum 30 ml

Dr. Althea has created a particularly gentle retinol formula that is designed to nourish and strengthen the skin. The serum's mild composition offers gentle and effective skin care.

The serum contains 0.1% retinol, which is a multi-ingredient that can both treat and prevent signs of aging and fine lines, but also has brightening properties and can even out pigment spots, acne scars, sun damage, and is effective against pimples and redness. In addition, this serum contains bakuchiol, which complements retinol perfectly and can also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while the ingredient can have a calming effect.

The serum is also enriched with moisturizing ingredients such as panthenol and birch sap, which strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier. Panthenol is known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, while birch sap adds vital moisture and nourishment to the skin. The serum also contains soybean oil and allantoin, which contribute to the product's protective and moisturizing properties.

This gentle serum works to maximize effectiveness while minimizing any irritation.

NOTE!

Retinol should be used in your evening routine. REMEMBER to always use SPF during the day, as retinol makes the skin more susceptible to UV rays.

Avoid using Vitamin A/Retinol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Tip:

To avoid irritation, you can use the “sandwich” method: Apply your retinol product at the end of your skincare routine by dabbing a layer on top of your first cream. Then apply night cream on top of the retinol cream.

How to Use:

Take approx. 1/2 pipette of serum in the palms of your hands and pat it into the skin. Once the serum is absorbed, continue to the next step in your skincare routine. Feel free to use in your evening skincare routine, and use sunscreen if you use the serum in your morning skincare routine.
