I've been using these for quite a while now and I love them. I started with Dr. Gross blue and used them for quite a while, but now I've switched. I use them about 2-3 times a week (depending on whether I use other active ingredients). Usually in the evening. Super satisfied. I find my skin smoother and a bit firmer.Translated from swedish
