    Doesn't stick??

    I ordered these from MEDS, and I've tested them twice now, and like I don't get it. They refuse to stick to my teeth EVEN THOUGH I dry my teeth properly beforehand, and if I press against my teeth and try even harder, the gel pieces that are against my teeth come off, and I don't dare to accidentally swallow because then I might end up swallowing what's on the strips, so the saliva just ruins the strips and it ends up being like some small whiter spots on my front teeth… I don't know how to write reviews on MEDS so I'm writing here, but am I doing something wrong? Everything just gets messy and I just don't understand. I've had whitebing strips from HiSmile and they were so much better. But with these, they just don't work? Do you have any tips on how I can get them to stick properly? Or am I doing something wrong?? Super grateful for any answers!!

      Hey there! 😍 It can be a bit tricky to get the gel strips to stay on since saliva comes into the mouth and it's a bit hard to get the teeth completely dry. I understand that you've tried according to the instructions, so it's a shame they don't really stick. If the strips don't want to stay on despite following the instructions, feel free to check if any of the tips here can help: 🦷 Dry your teeth thoroughly before application – moisture can cause the strips to slide off 🫶 Press them down firmly and hold for a few seconds, especially at the edges 🤫 Avoid talking or swallowing right afterward so the strips can adhere in peace 🔍 Place them right in the middle of the tooth row – not too far up towards the gums or out towards the cheeks If it still doesn't work, maybe you can check in with Dentways support for more help. Hope this can help you get it to work and achieve a whiter smile 🥰

    Can you use snus and drink water while the strips are on?

    Hi! I just bought Dentway strips from you and have been googling around to find out if you can have snus in while wearing the strips? Also tried to find out if you can drink water etc. while the strips are on? Is it dangerous to swallow your saliva while wearing them, as it says online that you shouldn't do with certain other types of teeth whitening products?😬 I can't find any clear answers anywhere, so I hope you know because I really want to try but I'm soooooo scared of making a mistake (plus that snus is hard to stay away from for 30 minutes when you're told you have to hehe😅🤭) Best regards, Stine-Mari Kristoffersen 🥰

      Hi Stine-Mari 😊 I would recommend avoiding snus while you have these in your mouth, and also not drinking water if you can stay away from it 😊 It shouldn't be dangerous to swallow while you have these in your mouth, otherwise it wouldn't be recommended to have them in your mouth!     I have tested the strips two times now and actually see a result. Some of my teeth in the lower jaw are crooked and a bit discolored at the bottom, and that has completely disappeared now. You are supposed to fold the strips around the teeth when you attach them, but I measured how wide I needed to have it and cut it to length instead, so the strips just sat on the front of the teeth, and I thought it felt easier to attach the strip that way. I also wiped my teeth with paper before I attached the strips. This is the first time I am whitening my teeth, and I am still satisfied with the result after two uses and will continue to use them.
