What is correct?
The picture shows the retinol serum, but the text states that it is the hyaluronic acid serum, plus there is an "or" between the two serums. What exactly do you get in the package besides the peptide booster? Is it 2 or 3 products? Are the serums full size? You indicate that they are 20 grams but do you perhaps mean 20 ml in the serums?369 views - The post was made 2 hours
Product listing doesn’t match image content
From the image in the email newsletter, it shows three products: Peptide Booster, Vitamin C23, and Retinol. The listing says Peptide Booster, Vitamin C23, and The Hyaluronic serum. Each image shows 3 products, but if you zoom in the box says OR between the two serums which then makes me think you’re only getting 2 products in this box, not 3. So this needs to be clarified as each part of it does not market properly. Its issues like this and the fact that a previous Lovables I bought had 2 “bait and switch” products (so many people complained and then the listing was completely removed, even though we have screenshots of the listing). I love Lyko and don’t want to buy elsewhere, but there’s a “bait and switch” or misleading marketing fail almost monthly now. I say this only after I’m used to it happening now and a couple of times is understandable but if it’s becoming frequent and then “covered up” by removing the listing, that feels untrustworthy. I know it has nothing to do with all the wonderful staff that answers like these or gives product advice in comments, but please send this up the management line as something is amiss.305 views
