I struggle with both acne, eczema on my neck, and skin that easily gets irritated when I sweat. An unexpected favorite in the skincare routine 🤍
This is really one of those products I didn’t have particularly high expectations for at first, but that I’ve actually grown quite fond of. I especially like how easy it is to use. After cleansing, I apply it to the skin and let it absorb before continuing with the rest of my skincare. The first thing I thought was actually how incredibly “simple” the product feels. No strong scent, no heavy texture, and no sticky layer left on the skin. It almost feels like water and is therefore very easy to include as an extra step without making the skincare routine feel longer than it needs to be. I especially like it on days when the skin feels a bit out of balance or just not quite normal. After use, the skin feels clean, fresh, and calm, and I really like that feeling. Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t try to be ten different products at once in the actual use. You use it, let it dry, and then continue with your usual skincare. So simple. 🤍 250 ml is also a really good size if you use it regularly. It feels like you get a lot of product, and I think the bottle lasts well. This might not be the most “exciting” product to use, but that’s exactly what I like about it. It just fits into the routine and makes the skin fresh and pleasant without a lot of fuss. I honestly didn’t think I would care so much about this type of product, but now I really understand why I like it. A product that really soothes the skin. It also works as a quick refresh after, for example, the gym. I have skin that is a bit easily irritated and I have perioral dermatitis. It hasn't helped with my perioral dermatitis (but hasn't made it worse either), but otherwise it really soothes the skin. I love the fresh and clean feeling I get after spraying this on. Apply it on clean skin and let it absorb, then continue with serum and moisturizer 🤍 Serums like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide work well together. AHA/BHA acids can also be used, but preferably not directly on top of this one; use them at different times instead 🌸 If the skin is sensitive, it might be good to avoid combining too many active ingredients in the same routine.
