  Fits my skin like a glove ✨

  I have been testing Clinique's Smart Clinical Repair Overnight Recovery Cream + Mask for just over 3 1/2 weeks now. My skin is dry and sensitive and reacts quite often to products, so I usually choose carefully which skincare products I use. I am 46 years old and have some fine lines around my eyes, as well as some larger lines on my forehead and of course also the so-called worry line. I have tried quite a few products from Clinique before, as they often tend to be safe bets for my sensitive skin. The Recovery cream works excellently as well, I haven't experienced the slightest irritation or redness from it. I appreciate that it is completely fragrance-free and allergy-tested, which makes it suitable for significantly more people. Clinique themselves say that you should see results on your crow's feet and forehead lines after just a week, but I can't claim that I did. Only now in the last week have I seen a noticeable difference in my lines, they are not nearly as prominent as before. The ones on my forehead are less noticeable and the crow's feet suddenly don't look as deep anymore. What I did notice already after a week was how satisfied my skin felt, it was not nearly as dry and tight as it usually is, but felt deeply hydrated. I also feel that my skin feels a bit calmer, it doesn't flare up as easily anymore for the slightest little thing. It is truly a cream that fits my skin like a glove! I really like how the cream is packaged, in a heavy glass jar that feels luxurious and also in the beautiful color purple. The only thing I wished for was that there was a small spatula included in the lid so that you don't have to dig into the jar with your fingers. I had spatulas at home anyway, so it worked out, but it would have been a plus to have one included! The cream costs 970 kr and before I started testing it, I thought it was very expensive and that I would never pay for one myself. But after getting such nice results from it, I am actually willing to reconsider. I could definitely see myself buying it, especially if it is on sale. (Picture in comment, my skin after 3 1/2 weeks.   Sweet skincare buddy

  It has now been exactly a month since I started using the Clinical Repair Overnight Recovery Cream & Mask, so I feel ready to leave a review. My starting point: I am 40 years old and have some fine lines around my eyes and on my forehead. My skin is very dry, so some of the lines are more due to lack of moisture than age. However, in recent years, I have noticed that my skin has started to lose some of its fullness and elasticity. Packaging, consistency, scent: The product comes in a dark purple glass jar that looks and feels luxurious. The cream is quite thick in consistency and completely fragrance-free. Unfortunately, no spatula is included, but on the other hand, I have several from before. How I use it: The cream can be used as a night cream or a "thicker layer as a leave-on mask as needed". To be honest, I’m not entirely sure about the difference between the methods of use, but I assume it’s the amount of product that determines whether it’s a mask or a night cream. I can’t stand the thought of a thick layer of cream sticking to the pillow, so I have used it as a night cream every night during the testing period. However, I have been quite generous with the application and applied it both to my face and neck. Feel on the skin: The cream feels pleasant on the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. Immediate results: Already after the first night, my skin feels hydrated, but also very smooth. I guess we can thank glycerin for the moisturizing properties, while the silicone gives the feeling of silky smooth skin (if only temporarily). Long-term results: I won’t go through every single ingredient here, but it seems that they work quite well together over the 30 days (nights) we have had together. The fine lines may have decreased a bit, but it took longer than two weeks before I saw any change at all. However, I feel that my skin feels smoother and firmer, especially on my neck I see that it has tightened up a bit. My skin has also felt just right hydrated in the morning, without any stickiness at all. Most mornings, I have been able to go straight to my skincare without having to wash my face first. I will continue to use the Smart Clinical Repair Overnight Recovery Cream & Mask, but alternate between it and my other products. I also think I will use it a bit more as a mask a few times a week (but then during the day, to spare the pillow). This is a product that I believe can suit most people, as it feels gentle on the skin while containing a whole bunch of ingredients that support and strengthen the barrier. If you often use acids, I even think that your skin will let out a sigh of relief when you apply this cream a couple of times a week. The price is quite steep, but for me, it feels like a safe purchase, thanks to its caring properties. And now I have become terribly curious about the "Lifting Face + Neck Cream" in the same series 🤭
